The Physical Convergence
The Workshop — 2 Days Offline
Focus: Instilling them with right information and tangible integration.
Day 1 — The Build
Designers freely design using industry-standard software. Assessments 4, 5, and 6 are executed all in one day, testing designing, simulation, and animation capabilities.
Day 2 — The Launchpad
Students learn about the Launchpad Fund Scheme. Teams pitch complete projects — webapp, website, and full ecosystem — competing for the top spots. Not less than 20 winners are finalized.

Paid Incubation — 2.5 Months
Focus: Tool creation and operational deployment.
The Crucible
Assessment 7 is an 81-minute exam testing core skills to finalize researchers, developers, and administrators.
The Transition
Selected individuals are trained for Launchpad and Developer roles, while Research, Development, and Administrating roles open as Paid Freelancers after the 2.5-month incubation.
The Output
Inductees build developing systems, managing systems, and automated systems. Together, they create an Open Source directory of tools — paid for their work.
